After I first bought my package deal, I practically tore it open… I had been in search ofward to the containers and meal planning for thus lengthy because as a lot as I try to be on high of my well being and fitness, meal planning and prep usually are not my forte. At all.

The Exercises: 30 min. workouts 21 days straight.

Whether or not your a fitness professional or a newbie, these exercise DVDs can work for anyone at any stage and honestly hit just about every major muscle group with just a few choose exercises to target some smaller ares. What I LOVE about the exercises, they're solely half-hour and you're done. However, you are understanding for 21 day fix healthy fats days straight, but honestly, solely doing 30 mins a day of these workouts is MORE than doable. If you wish to build a habit, it takes 21 days proper?

My favorite DVDs are plyo fix, cardio fix, and pilates…. I've never carried out a traditional pilates class but I REALLY enjoyed the video and the way it works on resistance and lengthening the muscles. Ladies, if you're looking to tone the booty, hips and core, this workout video is the ISH for it!

You will want a light and heavy set of weights, I would suggest wherever from 5 lbs to fifteen (if you're feeling good) -- but keep in mind it takes to build up.

In a lot of the movies you're doing a set of workouts both once or twice through and doing 5-6 completely different rounds. There's also a good amount of lunges, squats, burpees and a few lateral cardio work. So be prepared to sweat, and don't fret--if you happen to're not fairly within the physical situation you need, you'll be able to all the time modify with Cathy--who I LOVE within the videos. Because if I'm dying or one thing doesn't really feel comfortable, I observe my lady CATHY! ;-)

As far as YOGA goes-- I am a little bit of a yoga snob, so if it is not heated and in a category, I'm not a big fan however it is a great introduction of how one can really stretch your muscle groups so you're not wound up tight.

The Containers:

After I first noticed these words popped into my head, "FUN SIZE" HA! For those who're struggling with portion management, the STRUGGLE JUST GOT REAL. HOWEVER I'll say, after putting my meals within the containers then dumping them on my plate, I used to be really very pleased with the amount of meals I did get.

So it really works like this, you get 1 of each coloration container: red, blue, green, purple, blue, yellow and orange (the only that you get of)
